Refund policy

1. Returns & Exchanges
Customers can return or exchange products within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. A flat return fee of ₹50 shall be applied.

2. Refund Process
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide bank account details or a UPI ID to receive the refund. COD charges are non-refundable.

 

3. Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
